My name is Lou, for formality sake Lou Kitty. I am a thirty something mother and wife with an 8-6 job (let’s get real no one has 9-5 anymore) living in the suburbs of a metropolitan city. I am a country girl at heart and ache for a piece of land to call my own one day. I have a beautiful little family struggling to make it in this world, as Disney’s Stitch says “It’s little and broken, but still good. Yeah, still good.” I have been running since I was 15 years old and it is a large part of who I am, as is the fact that I have also suffered from anxiety/depression for nearly as long. This is my journey. The day to day of an average women in an average life who has found the ability to fly.
